The gentleman came the same day, right within the 2 hour window he specified. He was very polite, efficient and was super careful about not scratching my hardwood floors. He did the work very quickly (even given that he had to climb up on the counter to get behind the range! Not even a complaint about that). I was very satisfied with both the work and the price. I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I met Paul and Sam to do a small bathroom reno - very professional, very friendly and they did a super job - they even did a couple of little extras. I was very pleased with the work and the outcome and would definitely call them again should I need more work done. They came on time and did the job within the time frame specified. I like that they quoted for the job, not by the hour.

I called this company as their sticker was on the furnace in my home. I'd had a recurring issue and two previous technicians were unsuccessful in repairing the problem permanently. Mr. Or Sela arrived promptly (a little early actually) and changed a part - unfortunately it did not fix the problem - he came back the same day and changed a couple of other parts. When he was unable to resolve the issue he called the manufacturer for guidance. This was apparently a very strange problem he had never encountered before. Mr. Sela did ultimately solve the problem and did not charge for the additional trips, time or parts. He was upfront about what the initial charges would be and he was very polite and professional.

Because of previous glowing reviews, I chose this company to clean a carpet in a rental loft. I truly wish I had taken photos before the job was done - the difference was astonishing. Frankly, I was quite sure that the carpet would have to be replaced because it was so badly soiled, but thought I'd give it a shot. Daltony (and colleague) arrived ahead of schedule :) and was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was actually shocked at how clean the carpet became! What a great job! I reserved my judgement until after the carpet dried, as in my experience, sometimes once it dries it doesn't look as good. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company's services again - the price was reasonable, the service was great, and the staff couldn't be better. In fact, they fit my job in very quickly, at the end of the day - very accommodating. You won't go wrong if you use this company's services.

A HUGE job was handled with great professionalism, skill and patience. JD Mendelsohn and his crew work very hard to make sure that the job is done right, as quickly as possible without cutting corners. There were a few surprises when the supporting wall was removed and JD and the crew just took them in stride and did it right. They may not be the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. JD was very fair and accomodating to try to give me what I wanted - I went over budget but that is always to be expected, and the job was done very close to the time frame JD originally quoted I am sure the extra time was due to the surprises they came across and partly to the extra things I added on to the list. They also did many "side" repairs that existed before the work started so that the end result would be exemplary. Any time I had questions or concerns, it was dealt with right away and with true professionalism. It was immediately obvious that JD is meticulous and cares about the quality of the work and the opinion and degree of satisfaction of his clients. Phone calls and emails were ALWAYS returned quickly and I always felt like my project was a priority. Thank you to JD and his crew - John, Vince, Andy and the others I didn't get to know.
