The sales associate, Josh, was very professional and knowledgeable. Our installer, Todd, worked efficiently and tidied up upon completion. Our blinds arrived and were installed within 3 weeks of being ordered, as we were quoted. One blind was missing a guide clip that Budget Blinds was quick to replace. We had cordless blinds installed. We do find the larger ones to be a built heavy, requiring to hands to lift smoothly. When they are up the swivel wand angles out from the blinds a bit. Overall pleased and happy to support a locally owned business!
