Upon buying a condo I needed to have some work done before moving in. It's a 2 storey condo with the 2 bedrooms on the top floor in somewhat of a loft style with a glass railing overlooking the lower level. I had Steve come out to take a look as I was looking to have the railing removed and a wall with a window constructed in place to create more privacy for the bedrooms. Steve was extremely helpful in explaining the scope of the work as well as how it would be completed. He was very informative and kept great communication throughout the entire process sending me photos and updates on the work. I was very impressed with how clean he kept the work area as I stopped by a few times to check on progress. I will definitely be using Top Shelf Construction for any future projection.
