Arjan and his team did an excellent job in replacing the windows and doors of our property. Communication was also excellent and product was of good quality.

Update: Within a few months we noticed issues with worksmanship, the doors no longer shut properly and keep jaming and a plumbing issue has come up where water is rising from below the floors whenever we run the washing machine. Also a plumber recognized that the shower his team did was not properly sealed and there has been black mold growing in the walls behind which has now spread all over the basement. See photos. Other issues include uneven floors, and use of poor quality materials. I brought these concerns up to Enoch and he became very defensive and cancelled suddenly another project I was going to give him just an hour before I was supposed to meet him saying he has “lost interest”. I had referred enoch to a few friends/family and they have commented negatively on his attitude which comes off as arrogant. I can no longer recommend his team in good faith. Enoch and his team were one of the best contractors I have hired. They were hardworking, timely, friendly, honest and professional. I hired them for a complete basement renovation with install of a new bathroom and kitchen. They came everyday at 8am and left around 6pm consistently and also worked on Saturdays. His team varied between 2 people to 5-6 people depending on the demands of the day. The entire process was painless and they completed the project in about a month which is reasonable considering the size of the project. They care about customer satisfaction and Enoch was always available for communication via text. He was responsive to feedback and made adjustments as requested. He also went above and beyond a did a number of repairs around the house that were beyond the scope of his project and didn’t ask for extra. I would hire him again.

Robbie was a pleasure to work with and has a lot of experience to troubleshoot issues as they come up. We recently purchased a house which was built in the 1950s and we hired Robbie to renovate the kitchen and living room. Since it is an older house a lot of things were much more challenging to do but robbie had no trouble figuring it out and did not resort to bring in any outside help. For our kitchen he helped design and installed an Ikea kitchen for us (also picked up the materials from the ikea warehouse in his large van). Communication throughout the entire process was excellent and he was very responsive to calls and text messages. In addition to installing the ikea kitchen, he also replaced the tiles of the kitchen, installed a vent to the exterior, and added new power outlets. In the living room he installed a new drywall ceiling to cover up our old popcorn ceilings and installed potlights and a feature wall. In addition to our contracted work, Robbie was flexible enough to add in additional smaller projects such as changing all the lights to smart lights, installing a nest thermastat and fixing some bathroom plumbing issues. With respect to timing, Robbie takes his time with projects (works Monday to Friday 10am to 430pm roughly) but provides a realistic timeline up front. He was able to complete our renovations in about 10 business days as he had promised. Note the cost mentioned includes cost of labour (not materials). Overall Robbie did a great job and would recommend him as a contractor.

Robert and his team did an amazing job in renovating our small bathroom. They were timely, pleasant and professional. Communication was excellent and the work was of high quality. They completed our bathroom renovation within just 4 days despite delays caused by short supply at stores. Robert went above and beyond and used his best judgement for nice finishing touches. They also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I would use their services again. Robert was also honest and his initial quote did not change. Michael was punctual, personable and professional. He provided the report within 2 hours of the appointment and walked us through his inspection in real-time. His extensive experience was very apparant.
