Contracted Blinds with Flair to provide blinds for small window and shear curtains for bow window in master bedroom. After waiting 3 weeks blinds were installed and were fine but shear curtains hung unevenly and were not sew properly. Though installer confirmed that window ledge was level owner refused to acknowledge problem with curtains and left it up to us to take to another seemstress to adjust them. Owner contradicted her own story many times to us and was very unwilling to provide a proper product for the money. Anyone dealing with this company will be wasting there money.

The sheers that were provided were sewn correctly but the purchaser was dissatisfied because she was no longer happy with the colour or style she picked and that the window was so unlevel that it was impossible to make the sheer look as she expected. She was warned by the sales person at the time of sale that the unlevel window may cause issues but she went ahead with the sale anyways. After the install she expressed displeasure with both the colour and style of the sheers and was using the unlevel window just to get a discount, knowing that the sheers were custom made for her window and could not be used elsewhere. My seamstress refused to sew the sheers uneven to match her window because it would be very noticeable so we offered her a $150 discount to take them to another seamstress. We recommended Brown's Cleaners which would have charged her $15 per panel, or $30 altogether. Bottom line is that the customer was using every excuse in the book to get a discount or refund because she wasn't happy with what she had chosen after three weeks (which is a typical wait period for custom window treatments). There was no doubt this is standard practice for this couple to get discounts from service providers.
