Diane and her crew were very helpful in getting an old water damaged hallway floor stripped out and rebuilt with a layers of subfloor. The doorways coming off the hall were of various heights and her team managed to level the space so that underlayment and laminate in the hall would be flush with the flooring in the adjacent rooms. Diane is very conscientious and detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with, as are her team members. We will definitely be contacting her again about additional projects in the house.

Hired Rent-a-Son for an in house shuffle of old and new appliances through tight hallways and crazy staircases. They achieved what we thought might be impossible and were done within an hour. Very professional, great guys. Amanda was a pleasure to book with.

Dorian and his crew were so great and easy to work with - they do exceptional work, are perfect gents, and are very well priced considering the high quality of work that they do. They went above and beyond to fix up the eaves, soffits, siding and even managed to hook us up with a new patio door and installation when we decided on that a few days before the job (without delaying the schedule). They left our place clean and tidy, and it was such a pleasure to meet them. Will definitely work with them again for the rest of the house.

Patrick was a great inspector - he was very thorough and knowledgeable, personable as well, and gave us great recommendations for short and long term fixes and how to prioritize any problems that he discovered. Cannot beat the price in Toronto for a detailed inspection with thermal imaging included. Great short notice responsiveness as well!
