40 inch flat panel TV warranty
2 years ago, i buy sony 40 inch TV at best buy. the sale man recommend us to buy warranty for the product. we later spend $299 on 5 years warranty. During christmas time, the TV screen has a crack . we call best buy, they told us it's not covered. nor they return our warranty cost.
