Mother in law decided to hire this company last year for landscaping her front lawn. The staff did a good job with it and made sure that the lawn was clean and pretty before leaving. Every time I visited her, her lawn looked beautiful. She told me that the staff were very nice and kind to her.

When we first bought the house, our basement was pretty much falling apart. This company was actually referred by a good friend of mine. Great company! Finished it on time, VERY clean, did not make much noise (no complaints from my neighbours), and most important, very beautiful finishings. As an added bonus, great and nice people.

Bought a cuisinart coffee maker a few weeks ago, but then it just stopped working after a week. Brought it back to the store, and without any hesitation, they customer representative just exchanged it for me. Its working wonderfully now! Also, whenever I am browsing around, there is also someone nearby to ask questions. This is a really great store if you are looking for good quality at a cheaper pricer. They make great gifts!
My fiancé and I bought our first aquarium from Big Al's. The stuff were really nice and offered us many options, and certainly did not pressure us to buy it. We were there for about 45 minutes and the associate was so kind in showing us different kinds of accessories, and chemicals to keep our tank clean. Very informative and super kind staff! I would definitely recommend this to you if its your first time owning fishes.
The store has a great selection at a very decent price. the service is generally great. I bought a cooking wok, but after 3 usages, the teflon started to peel off. I used it on high heat, and it just started to fall off. This is the three piece wok I bought. That being said, they do have a lot of cute things in the store.
