As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to look for and didn't know if I was being taken advantage of by anyone or everyone involved. My wife and I found exactly what we wanted and everything looked perfect! That is, until the home inspection. It wasn't until then that I realized that I had been taken for a ride by the sellers. I am so thankful for the home inspection prior to the purchase, otherwise I would not have known what to look for, including the poor workmanship and mold cover ups. I cannot thank John and Informed Decisions enough for the very thorough examination of the home. He treated the inspection as if he were buying the home himself. Without his detailed inspection, I would have had to sink so much into repairs. I am not one to write reviews, let alone give a perfect rating, but I have to give credit, where credit is due: Informed Decisions gets the absolute highest rating in my book. THANK YOU!!!
