Wall Doctor had a fairly large job to do in our hundred year old house. They tore down the old cracked plaster ceiling and some walls, then added new insulation and new drywall. Next they sanded and painted everything. We had to do it in 2 stages as we were doing our entire upstairs (3 rooms, washroom & hallway). In the process we realized we also had to redo our door frames. We were very pleased with everything. The guys were always very respectful and professional. They would show up every day at 8am and work until 4 or 5, even sometimes later. They tried to minimize mess with an enclosure and then would do a larger clean each week. The final bill was almost exactly the same as we had been quoted originally. In the end everything looks new, fresh, and nice and they even followed up after to see if any touch ups were needed.

The fast and thoroughly professional response from Restoration 1, made it possible for our tenant to move back in very quickly after our basement flooded. It also meant that the damage due to flooding was minimized and more than half of the original floor could be saved. The actions from Restoration 1 not only saved time and money, it also meant that we didn't have to move our tenant out, store the contents and then move it all back. The result was not only fast, but reasonably priced and looks great. The attitude and communication made the whole process much easier. Thank you!

This company is horrible. They require cancellation 6 months before contract expiration (not from when you want to cancel, so despite wanting to cancel when our contract is up, I am now somehow locked in to another 15 months. Horrible customer service. They also never come and change the filters. DO NOT rent from them

We are a small business that just moved into an office in an old building. We pulled up the carpet and there was original hardwood (but in need of refinishing). I called a few places, and Mclaughlin flooring was the only ones who took my call immediately. Then they came in the very next day to do an inspection and give a quote! The price was great compared to other places I had called when we were first thinking about doing this. Rick and his team helped us find a solution for the strict rules of our building (could only be done on weekends, with minimal smell or distrubstance), and for the holes in the floor. They made sure they were able to get it done on the only days we could do it, and we were amazed how quick it was (2 days). I had been told by others that it woud be 3-4 days min. And best of all, the floors look beautiful. Rick was a pleasure to deal with, and now other offices in our building want to do the same thing for their floors! Highly recommend
