The WORST service experience I have EVER had. I called Elite about a small glass washer repair at my restaurant behind my bar. They said they definitely deal with commercial repairs. A repairman came (Akmal) and said the unit needed a part (the machine is still young - 3 years old). Akmal cut a hose and pulled a part out and cut a host to do it...no issue as the replacement part was going to come. I spoke to a man named Greg who told me that a part would be ordered and would arrive - he would confirm pricing and delivery. I paid Akmal and he went on his way. A couple of days later, Greg spoke to me and told me the price of the part and rough time for expected delivery (roughly 1 week). He said he would contact me about part arrival when he receives shipping info. Fast forward 2+ weeks...I receive an email at 830am from Elite Sales that confirms an appt for THAT DAY at 930am with Akmal. No call, no additional emails, nothing. I am now assuming that the part arrived and somehow, no one called me to tell me this. Luckily, I am available and I run to my business and wait. No repairman. About 30 minutess in, I call Elite trying to find out where the repairman is. I explain that I received a confirmation email for this time and no other call. In the meantime, (while on the call) I also received a follow-up email from Elite asking how my COMPLETED appointment was. Huh? The rep on the phone said she'd check into the repairman's arrival (he's not scheduled this day) and will call me back. In the interim, I forward the email appt confirmation to Elite to show that I received this. Not too long after, I get a reply from someone (no name) that says 'We can't find parts for your unit sir we are very sorry for any inconvenience'. THAT'S IT. No name, no call, they took apart my machine, pulled out a part, cut a hose and kept me waiting for 2+ weeks. THANKS ELITE FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY. Do the right thing and REFUND ME. Do not use this company. Their follow up is completely unprofessional.
