We have a 100 year old semi-detached home, and the new neighbour had contracted Greensaver to improve their insulation (R60 cellulose in the attic (including hard to reach areas under the flat roof) and blown cellulose through holes in the wall of upstairs rooms). I contacted Greensaver and they offered to do our attic same time via neighbour's access at a reasonable cost, and we also booked them to do our upstair room walls the following day. Company rep was clear about the project in advance and the preparation required on our end. The crew were timely, friendly, respectful of our home, and communicative. The work was done fast and they left our house in fine condition after the work. I was particularly impressed with the extent of the work - I thought it would be just a few holes, but they did double that, especially areas I thought wouldn't be done like underneath windows. I just wish we had done this 20 years ago, definitely was an easy and painless process. Just need to get the walls sanded and painted now.

Furnace went down over the weekend, but I waited til Monday morning to look into. Cambridge responded quick to a quote request, arrived within a couple of hours and within the 60-minute window given. Technician was polite and professional, found the issue as part of the basic inspection, explained it, provided a quick solution, and made a replacement recommendation based on the age-related issues. No additional cost beyond the minimum inspection.
