Knowledgeable and friendly. Called in a panic, had family in from the UK, and being without a refrigerator was just another thing to add to everyone's stress. A nice cold refrigerator within a short time was a great relief to all. The technician called later to be sure all was well - I appreciated his call very much.

My garage door spring broke in the morning, found Mega Garage Door on the web made the call, and they showed up at noon within 30min the repairs were done. Fair price and an excellent warranty. I would recommend them to anyone.
