My wife and I had our kitchen design/installed by Marcon. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and the team they have. Our designer was Amanda, god bless her patience with us. Her eye for detail, her experience and overall knowledge of functionality in her design showed us we were right in choosing to go with Marcon. Anna help with our selection of finishing pieces as well as tile for our backsplash. She also has a shape eye when it comes to overall design and knowing what her clients are looking for. Can’t say enough good things about our installers Nick! What a gentleman. Skilled at what he does, attention to detail and respectful of our home. Showed up when he said and always wanted to keep us happy. Lastly, Connie one of the owners. What can I say, she’s amazing. Never left a call unanswered, transparent, honest and loyal to her clients. She went WAY above for us when we had a big issue with another vendor. She is so easy to talk to and is always keeping her customers happy, no matter the circumstances! If you’re planning on a Kitchen/bathroom renovation, I strongly suggest and recommend Marcon. They are like a family and when you walk-in you feel like you’re part of the family. My wife and I needed our windows replaced in our house. We went to a few different places and came across GEM. We met with a gentleman named Seymour. What an amazing, knowledgeable, patient and helpful man. He took the time to understand what my wife was looking for and by chance came to our home the same day. Offered his expertise and helped us get the most bang for our buck. Couldn’t be happier to deal with someone that cares about what people want and are excellent at what they do!! The installation team came a few weeks later. Igor, Peter and Yuri came in, covered up the floors, explained the process and started work. I was blown away by how fast the windows came out and went in. There experience and knowledge showed throughout the installation. Igor and his team were well mannered, efficient and Hard working. It took two days to replace 16 window! My wife and I are so pleased with the installation of our beautiful new window. I would recommend GEM windows to anyone who’s looking for a great experience. Our experience with integrity roofers was awesome. There are hundreds of roofing company’s out there but very few good ones (I’m in construction and know how many fly by nighters there are) My wife and I met with Phil and couldn’t have asked for a better guy. He Listened, understood and explained everything to us! Phil was on the ball the entire time. Shawn and his crew were amazing! Respectful of our property, clean and efficient. Took pictures of the roof as they went. I would 100% recommend integrity! Can’t thank Phil, Shawn, jay and the team at integrity roofers enough. Thank you!
