Totally satisfied with the product. The workmanship resulted in a problem after the warranty had expired. The nature of the problem was such that it would not arise as a problem until after the warranty had expired. After complaining to the company about the problem, they did send someone to look into my concerns but was told it was out of the warranty period. After several calls to the company, the henchman at the gate would not let me speak to the manager but reiterated it was past the warranty period. After numerous requests to speak to the manager , she said she would leave him a message. Another attempt this week when I actually left him a voice message he still has not returned my call. This has been going on for two years. As I said, the product is good but the commitment to their clients is totally disrespectful and definitely not good business practice. Being an owner of a business myself, I would never treat my clientele like this and would do everything possible to rectify the problem but apparently this business does not value their clients just the dollars in their coffers!
