We absolutely love our new front door and side light installed by Western Windows. From the prompt and reasonable quote provided by Jeremy to the excellent installation done by Tony and Kyle, we cannot be happier. We contacted several different window/door replacement companies when we were looking to have our non-standard sized front door & side light replaced in our 1950’s home. We also wanted to keep the existing storm door that we had installed only a couple of years ago. Western was the only company that was willing to replace the door & sidelight, as well as reinstall the existing storm door and reuse the door frame casing on the inside of the door, all for a much more reasonable price than any of the other companies offered. When we told Jeremy we wanted a door with an oval designer glass, he offered us an oval glass that they had in their warehouse at a reduced cost, as well as providing us with a senior’s discount. He was very accommodating by providing us with the opportunity to see the glass in the shop to be sure we liked it first and was very helpful in providing excellent suggestions for hardware and for the side light. The door was ready when promised, with Tony and Kyle arriving as scheduled to install the door. They did an excellent job of installing the door and side light, as well as reinstalling the storm door and replacing the casing. They were professional and knowledgeable with the install and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed. We do not hesitate to recommend Western Windows and will most definitely be using them for any future windows or doors we may need.

Outstanding service at a very reasonable price! Joey responded quickly to both my request through Homestars and a voice message left on his phone to clear my blocked kitchen sink drain on a Saturday evening. Since he was doing another big sewer backup job, I was fine waiting until the next morning. He quoted me a very reasonable, flat price for the job, as opposed to the outrageous, overtime hourly price quoted by another company and advised he would contact me the next morning. He called at exactly the time he said he would the next morning and arrived exactly when he said he would. Within an hour he had the blockage in our kitchen sink cleared and also provided us with good advice about using our garburator. Joey is prompt, knowledgeable, professional. We were extremely impressed with his work, his customer service as well as his pricing. Although I hope that I don't have the problem again, Sewerheroes is definitely who I will call in I do. I do not hesitate to recommend Joey!
