Service was prompt and efficient
I bought a Dacor induction range and had issues from day 1. Comerco, other than having a long wait to get through on the phone were prompt and efficient sending service. After 4 1/2 years and service issues--not Comerco ones--they have decided o replace my range. The issue is that Samsung bought out Dacor and discontinued the range. Within hours of the decision to replace I have had a call from the retailer select another range. I cannot fault Comerco in any of the issues. They were polite and efficient.
