Our hot water heater stopped working on Friday and needed to be replaced. Mike called within minutes of entering the request. He came over on Saturday to have a look. By Saturday night I had a competitive price and a plan to replace the heater on Monday. That’s a day earlier than all other bids. On Monday Nelson replaced our old heater smoothly and quickly. Mike called a few days later just to make sure “everything is perfect”. Both Mike and Nelson were professional and friendly. Thank you both.
