Having to replace so many original windows, wanted to really make the right decision on this huge job. Did tons of research on windows, installers, and everything else related. Finally settled on the NorthStar windows, visited the showroom and found exactly what we wanted. Worked with Bruce and after many quotes, settled on Brock. A competitor quoted us over 10K more for the exact same job, same windows, etc, but we caught Brock's 40% off sale. Amry and his team did the entire install in 3 days flat. Amazing job these guys did. LOVE the windows. They were so accommodating in every way. We even wanted a custom stained glass window inserted as the middle pane in an octagon shaped window and they connected us w/the company who designed it exactly as we drew up and they delivered EXACTLY what was promised. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

After deciding not to chance another winter with our 25 year old furnace, we decided it was time to replace it. We got 5 quotes, including Aire One Heating & Cooling. We worked with Darren who we had met at the Home Show months before and he ended up giving us the best price on like-for-like equipment (York). The lower quotes were for less expensive equipment (i.e. Goodman). He promised us the best installation team and I must say, these guys did a fantastic job. Fast, clean and two years in now have not had an issue. I was nervous at first because I had read some questionable reviews along side some good ones, esp. the Mississauga office, but if you go with these guys, ask for Danny the installer. Fantastic!! I would recommend to anyone.
