I have to agree with the other reviews, these guys are great. We read reviews of all other providers, and selected them because their record is great and they did not disappoint. There was a minor issue during drywall cutting. When I told them about it they followed up, scheduled an electrician visit at no cost, fixed the issue and called me to confirm. I would trust them again - any time. Pro tips for others: 1. They will have 2-3 weeks of wait time, so schedule early. 2. At the initial visit (quotation time) they do visual inspection not with Hydrometer or equipment, so they might not find all cracks, e.g. they did not find the main big crack that our Home Inspector has found. But I pointed it out later, and they did the actual job of fixing it 3. They are expensive and NOT negotiatble. But if you have more than 1 crack, they will give you discounts on subsequent ones 4. You MUST go with these guys - they are great

We used them for duct cleaning immediately after we moved into the new house. Were super responsive on quoting, job scheduling and the actual job was fantastic. Were courteous and cleaned up behind them. Showed us the pictures and the stuff the previous owners "left behind". They showed us where we had overcounted vents and explained those were exhaust fans. Did not do those and did not charge us for those. I thought they missed the dryer vent, and called them. They sent someone to take a look and explained clearly that they cannot do vents not at ground level. Even explained how I should do it. We could not be happier with a service provider.
