I have known Ray for around 10 years now. He installed the alarm at my first house, then installed an alarm system and camera system when I moved. He also ran LAN cables throughout my house. Service from Ray has always been exceptional, pricing very reasonable and he’s just an overall nice guy. Can’t ask for anyone better. Recently had to have another LAN line run and also a 5th camera installed. Ray was always on time, professional and the customer support after is second to none.

Had to have my camera system upgraded. As with all the other things I have had done by Ray, he always goes above and beyond to please the customer. Ray took his time to educate on the differences of the cameras, and his prices are by far the best. Would recommend Ray to anyone and I have.

Have a samsung dishwasher that didn’t drain. Had a tech come out to repair. Cost me $400+ to “fix”. First time using the dishwasher “outside” their warranty period. Can’t even use it as another problem comes up. Company refuses to do anything about it. Wants to charge as a new service call. Will have to buy a new dishwasher as anymore money dumped into this piece of garbage is not worth it. Do not recommend this company at all. Adding to this review based on this useless company response. The fact that you will do nothing about it other than “make this a new service call” is why people hate companies like yours. There is no “helping” the customer in the end. You refused to even have the technician call me as it may have been something simple to fix. The dishwasher is no longer worth repairing as I have started you already changed me $400 for this now brick of a machine. Once I replace the dishwasher, I will deliver the old one to your front door.
