This is not the first time I have used Brown's Home Heating & A/C. They were prompt, explained things to me from the beginning and throughout the process. Fixed the problem + a little much overdue maintenance was pointed out to me... done. Clean & tidy, friendly. I really enjoyed working with them.

This was a big project for our family. We had lots of questions and concerns. Dan (the owner) spent a LOT of time explaining the pros/cons and making us feel comfortable with what we were doing. The work crews were great and the project went reasonably smoothly. We do not regret the money spent on this efficient system. It is a fabulous way to heat a house (Warm feet all winter!!). The tankless water heater (hot water on demand) and radiant heat are the same unit and mount on a wall therefore freeing up a significant amount of floor space in our small basement.
