Stouffville Home & Comfort were great to deal with from the inital in-home consultation through to the installation. Eddy followed up very well and in a timely manner to my questions, was very knowledgeable, and honest in what I needed. Everything in the quote was laid out with no pressure and push for an upsell. We are very happy with Brian and his team's work (neat and tidy, not rushed, attention to the details) during the installation. Little things like a quick courtesy call in advance of the installation to say they were en route are nice touches that go a long way to great customer service and speaks to how they deal with their clients. A good and proper installation is extremely important, and I know that's what I got. They do not sub-contract their work and have their own staff of installers which for me is a strong plus. The American Standard products they installed are also top quality!

- Get all your quotes, and research the product you are buying and investing a lot of money in. Recognize the old addage of 'you get what you pay for' most times, and don't always default to the lowest quote as those few dollars might bite you harder down the road.
