We purchased a certificate through Groupon looking for a $$ break on the service but made should the company was listed under the Homestars. The company followed up to confirm the appointment and honoured the deal. They offered some advice and upgrades - some made sense while others we held off on. Pricing was reasonable but keep in mind that if you want to settle up payment via VISA, they may tack on a 2.5% charge (waived for us).
They were polite and respectful as they removed their shoes while they worked in the home. They was no camera service so we weren't sure how dirty the vents were. We're hopeful that things are as clean as they can get. What we weren't ready for was the amount of cleanup after they left.
The amount of dust and debris that was now on the floors and furniture added almost 3 hours of cleanup to what was already a busy day/night dealing with kids... They also had to make some new holes in the venting system to gain better access - all those off cuts were left for us to clean. The upgraded air filter packaging was also left behind for us to clean up.
So, to sum it all up - from a service perspective, it appears they did everything they promised while being polite and courteous. But if you are looking for that fit and finish, this is not the company for you.
