Kyle did an amazing job with his crew! He went above and beyond with taking into consideration small details with superb craftsmanship. He kept us up to date with the process and helped us understand what he was doing and why, (this was great for me as I have O.C.D ) for example he was trimming back the stairs and adding cushion room to quiet or get rid of the squeak in the very old stairs. He was able to complete the stairs in a few days and worked neat. There was no issues living in the space and using the stairs when they were working except leaving time for the stain to dry. The finished product was gorgeous! Everyone who visits is in love with our stairs. He was able to create a great focal point in our house based on examples I sent of my inspirational stairs photos I saw online. He communicated well through text and phone and was able to provide examples of his previous work to ensure that he would be able to meet my expectations. He was very professional and had amazing customer service. My boyfriend accidentally removed some of the stain when completing our renovations and Kyle was so nice and came back and retain the patches with no charge! He was able to finish the landing with spare wood from my flooring and complete the moulding around the edge of the stairs and landing for a little extra cost. The stain matches well with the wood from our upstairs flooring and continues well with the laminate on our main floor. I would recommend Sapphire Surfaces to any of my friends and family! My parents are thinking of using this company when they have to redo their stairs soon. Kyle was professional, had great customer service, and very knowledgable. They go above and beyond with their work!
