I regret the day I contacted Kian Computer. Our transaction was a fiasco that involved the police and I ended up with a flaky laptop due to the incompatible keyboard Kian installed. I shorted out a few keys of my backlit keyboard on my Lenovo X250 laptop, so in my search for a service provider who could provide a reasonably quick turnaround and cost justifiable price, I phoned Kian Computer. Claiming to know the cost of a genuine Lenovo replacement and the time required to repair, he quoted $160. plus tax (a reasonable expense for a 5-year-old laptop) and confirmed that it would be ready the next day. When I called the next day at 3:30 he said he hadn't started working on it yet but that it also needed a piece of thermal tape on the motherboard (and additional $150) and the price of the keyboard repair would now be $250 because the keyboard costed more than he expected. He said if I didn't like the price he'd return my computer to me in pieces, as he'd already removed the defective keyboard....basically holding my computer ransom. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Petra was very responsive and professional, explaining how my overflow problem would be corrected. He even recommended that I apply for dispensation for the downspout at the back of my house suggesting that it would likely qualify and there was no reason to spend money unnecessarily. When work was complete he showed me everything they had done while one of his team swept up, leaving no debris.

I thought replacement would be the only way to get rid of the squeaks in the stairs to the second floor of my 85 year-old semi. Then I found Silent Floor Solutions at the Home Show. Lev has developed a very effective, unique process. Leo did the repairs meticulously and they both checked back with me a few days later to ensure that I was happy with the results. The difference is almost unbelievable and worth every dime! It was a pleasure doing business with Silent Floor Solutions.
