I called to have to have topsoil delivered in a bag. After charging me for the dirt and delivery she realized she forgot to add the deposit for the skid and will run a separate charge through my CC to cover it. She mentioned it will be refunded when i return the skid. I was charged $50.85 on my CC after the soil for the skid. Today when i returned the skid they only returned $45.20, saying I owe a splitting fee, which was never disclosed. Small amount of $$, yes, but it's about the principle of the matter and charging for something that was not disclosed or even offering an apology they forgot to mention.
