My husband and I purchased a sectional sofa for our home in December of 2018, within a month the material began to pil. (before even attempting to clean it) As time went on and I CAREFULLY cleaned it, the piling got worse, to the point that friends would comment on how terrible my "brand new" couch looked. I emailed pictures to the company and store, to which i recieved no response. I call and spoke to the store manager and was told "it was the worst case of piling they had seen" and she would get back to me, two weeks went by. I called/emailed numerous times and finally spoke to the manager again, I was told they would attempt to de-pil it for me (im almost 2 hours from the closest store) which was quite inconvenient and if that didn't work they would replace it. I WAS TOLD TO LOOK FOR A REPLACEMENT COUCH. never heard back, called, got the run around. Chose the replacement couch, spoke with ast manager about it. Said i'd hear from the manager. Never heard. After over a month of calling and asking what's next I was told today, "THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO, BYE" I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received from this company. I work in customer service and will make SURE every one of my clients hears my story and will never buy from this company again. The picture attached was taken MONTHS after purchase. Absolutely terrible.
