Frank and Marianne arranged a time to meet with me, they arrived, provided a quote which included all supplies, I asked what type of paint. We both agreed on Benjamin Moore paint, I had selected my colours already with the assistance of a Benjamin Moore rep and had discussed the quality of the paint. The quote was written specifying the paint, cost, etc. Frank and Marianne were each day on time, polite, accommodating with requests, willing to discuss any concerns. They completed the entire home in a timely manner - 4 days). I was happy with the results.

Rob arrived on time, very professional, courteous, and gave a good first impression as a representative of his company. I had measured and provided dimensions over the phone and was given a telephone quote; however, when Rob arrived - he re-measured and said my measurements were a bit off due to closets, etc. He provided a new quote which was lower and he said since I had moved all the furniture with the exception of a few pieces that I couldn't move. My total bill was $40. less than what I was quoted. Rob was very proficient and professional. I would refer him without any reservations. I was happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. He asked if there was anything else and discussed with me a stain he worked on.

I had Dreidger Electric move some outlets and plugs in my laundry room, remove old light fixtures and install new light fixtures. Their staff did show up initially on time. They had to come back another day, they had overbooked themselves and called to put me off to another day. That was unacceptable due to the circumstances. Initially one certified electrician came and brought along a new apprentice. The work they did do was good. I was dissatisfied with them trying to put me off to another day after I had driven to the home being renovated and had been waiting for them. (one hour drive each way) Within 48 hours of the work being done they called and showed up on my doorstep with the bill which was 40 percent more than I was quoted. No follow up was done. I found both the apprentice and the electrician to be courteous. The master electrician work was excellent.

I have had Bill Brooker perform some handyman services on various occasions. The last time about 3 weeks ago, he removed and replaced both my smoke detectors. Did you know smoke detectors do expire even those hard-wired and having a battery back-up. My new ones are now good until 2021. Bill is always prompt, courteous, friendly, honest, helpful, and very reasonable with his pricing. He always asks when he has completed the task(s) assigned if there is anything else that needs to be done. Other occasions he has installed shelving, caulking, small plumbing repairs, installed mirrors, lighting, and assembling furniture. He is an all-around handyman and specializes in painting (interior and exterior).
