We choose Mainland Ventures after reviewing and interviewing some other contractors. We felt most comfortable with Paul and his outline of the work process. To make the situation more difficult we stayed in the house during the whole time of the renovation. This was a major concern for us. However, we found Paul and his crew not just most professional but also very polite, courteous and accommodating throughout the construction . His subcontractors were also knowledgeable and expert at their fields. One could see that Mainland Venture is a serious, well established operation. In addition, we were able to resolve all the unforeseen problems in a mutually agreeable manner. We are very pleased with the end result and I would recommend anyone to use Paul's services.
