Mayday Drain Services had impeccable reviews, so I decided to call. Roy agreed to come at a time convenient for me. He arrived on time, and was very quick. He used his camera to diagnose the problem, and had the problem cleaned out in no time. While there's a hole in my pipe, Roy advised not doing extra, expensive, and currently unnecessary repairs. I felt that showed real integrity. The price was very affordable, and Roy was a complete gentleman throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be calling him for any future problems.
