We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with Orsan Air. When we initially spoke about the issue with you we had offered to return or send a cleaning company for an hour to clean up mess in bathroom. At that time your husband had indicated that it already had been cleaned. The owner then offered a gift card for restraunts in area to compensate. Unfortunately, due to lack of communication within our office your gift cards where not mailed our as promised. Although very late, gift card was sent. The technician that was in your home was definitely not a "teenager" as we do not employ people under the age of 25 as technicians.
Again, for all its now worth, we apologize and will take this as a learning experience to improve our service in the future.
