Signed a maintenance contract with Pace and they refuse to come service our elevator. Now we've failed two TSSA inspections because they won't provide the maintenance we've already paid them for. Makes it real hard to trust these guys with maintaining equipment critical to life and limb when they take my money and breach their own contract.
