Ali called about half an hour before he was due to arrive to give me a heads up that he was on his way, and arrived a few minutes ahead of my appointment time. He was very professional, polite, respectful of the pets and furniture and answered all my questions patiently. The job was carried out efficiently and tidily. Highly recommended.
