My Kitchen Aid Appliances, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator was delivered to my new home in December 2003. Within 6 months of the purchase I noticed yellow streaks on the inside of the stainless steel refrigerator. When this was reported to Kitchen Aid, they dispatched a service man to inspect the product.I was instructed to use household cleaner to remove the spots. When this did not work,Kitchen Aid was contacted again and another serviceman came over to investigate. The serviceman ruled the problem was factory related. I was nearing the end of the 1 year warranty but my worries were unfounded because Kitchen Aid agreed to replace the fridge with a newer model since the model I originally purchased was discontinued. I now have an upgraded fridge with an icemaker that has more features than the origianl one purchased, thanks to the excellent customer service from Whirlpool.

I commissioned the services of Miami Shutters to install shutters to 26 windows and 1 door as well as silhouettes to 2 windows, in April 2004.The measurements for the windows were misplaced and had to be redone after the first consultation. They missed the scheduled installation date by 2 weeks. After the installation it was obvious that some of the shutters were not perfect and would require further adjustments.Because all the money was paid I got the run around from them and they never returned to complete the adjustments. I am presently stuck with substandard shutters that are warped and filled with gaps. If I could afford to, I would have them ripped out and redone in a heart beat. A job poorly done!!

I first met Brad in December 2003, after purchasing a new executive townhouse in Erin Mills. Brad created and arranged the most beautiful 10ft Arica Palm tree and a 7ft palm,a "giant" bonsai tree, and a 7 ft bamboo. He delivered all the trees and placed and arranged them strategically throughout the house.I get the most compliments from my friends because these plants all seem so life-like.I am almost sure the palm will soon send out coconuts.Thanks Brad. You have helped me to bring a piece of Jamaica into my home.

Michael Gladstone is one of the most informed and helpful lighting expert in Canada. If the item you are looking for is not in store, Michael will source it. I have the most impressive light fixtures on the exterior of my house, a Palm leaf fan in the bedroom, Lutron dimmer switches throughout the house. I especially love the "Grand Mirror" in my foyer, and the matching flush mount fixture in the ceiling. My whole house screams Royal Lighting. By far they have the best selection of contemporary, art deco, traditional and urban lighting and accessories in Toronto.I will never shop any where else for my lighting needs after this experience.
