We hired Greater Toronto Construction & Consulting initially for our Design and Building Permit work, as we thought that is what they normally did. However, they said they do construction also and we gave them to completely convert our rental unit from a Flower shop from a previous owner to a Full Service Restaurant. They did all the design drawings for us, got us the Permit from the City fairly quickly and then did the complete renovation and conversion quite on time and within the quote they offered. The job was done quite well, specially taking care of all of the extra equipment that we had to put on top of the roof and the interior finish they did. We have to say we are very happy with their work as well as their professionalism and manners.
