We had 19 windows replaced and siding of a bay window finished in this summer. Service by Edmunds was excellent especially Steve and Kay, they always followed up promply when there was a situation and / or request. Tehnicians (Jorge and Charles for windows and someone ... sorry, I don't remember his name, for siding) did very good jobs. We had KV windows, 1 needed to have a catch reinstalled because it wasn't sitting at the right position, 1 had its glass cracked from left to right due to pressure. Definitely a 10 / 10 for Edmunds and the technicians, but 8 / 10 for KV, I recommend that future customers also look at other options Edmunds have for the windows before they decide on KV.

Thanks Cassie, I appreciate the positive comments which I'll pass on to Jorge and Charlie and Tommy (for the siding). We did have a few minor glitches with KV. I do find them generally reliable with a superior product. We do carry 4 lines of windows, so there are always options for our customers.
