Very disappointed in the service from Jason. I had to constantly chase him to get him to show up to work on my house. After about 8 months in to my 12 week project he finally disappeared for good without finishing the job. The quality of the work he did was average.

hello
i am surprised to see this since today this occurred over 18 months ago
i am sorry you feel that way
i dont want to escalate but do feel the need to respond
just to be clear, 2 months into your job was the beginning of the pandemic and a LOT of things shutdown and it was a little difficult to make things move at the normal pace.
and even at the end the delays and supply issues were still there if not even worse.I had to think about what it is that was not completed and to my recollection it was some flashing around the outside if the window and replacing a broken tub filler.
there were 2 radiators to be installed but you told me somebody else was going to do that
i am NOT in the habit of disappearing...i am not saying it is anyone elses fault other than mine, but i have not heard anything of this job since sometime in early summer of 2020...im not perfect and occasinally, things fall thru the cracks...had i heard anything i am 100 percent sure i would have resolved it...but ultimately, I AM to blame for dropping the ball
just to be clear
you live in a 120 year old house with a badly sagging frame and foundation. the kitchenfloor was 3 inches out of level across 25 feet...we fixed that...quite well
we gutted the existing kitchen and bath, moved a wall, built a new powder room, where there was none, redid the laundry stack built a new tub and shower stall. custom vanity, brand new cuatom kitchen, leveled the ceiling which was also 3 inches out from one side to the other. , new floor, drywall, paint doors, casing, counter tip. backsplash, two new windows. new lines for your radiators, new lines for towel warmer, i stalled appliances. new lighting....and more..oh, also. you had told me you were planning on immediately redoing the plaster in the other rooms. yourself..after we were gone and not to worry about patching the ceiling where we had to cut to do some work
so i hope that is not part of what you are thinking was not complete
I dont believe anything i said is incorrect
i was under the impression at the time that you were happy with all the work
so...to summarize...
i am deeply sorry that a few items were overlooked and forgotten about
i understand that there is obviously a lingering problem as you felt it necessary to post 18 months lateri always seek to learn and do better and find ways to provide the best service to people..life is a journey and i will find ways to assure small items dont get lost in the shuffle..thanks
