My partner and I purchased our first property, a condo, downtown. It was original to ‘86 inside so needed a full gut job, new bathrooms, kitchen, floors lighting etc. We spent a few months getting quotes from different companies and ultimately settled for Moose, though they weren’t the cheapest (they weren’t the most expensive either) but they made us feel attended to and important. We met with Steve and Daniel during the pricing phase. Great sales guys who really know their stuff and made the process easy. They were prompt and detailed with the estimate, and had the patience to price, reprice, meet and talk a lot with us for 6 months before we chose them. We then met Yuri the layout guy who was also super nice and very accommodating. Then the interior designer, Kristin was a godsend! I really want to thank our project manager Alex- who i later found out is a co-owner, and Mark (the other owner) for responding promptly and professionally to questions and concerns. The crews were also polite, on time, worked tirelessly and the quality of the work was great. We’re honestly thrilled at the result! They finished ahead of time and on budget. We expected A good job but this was terrific! Their name says Basements, but everything they touched was perfect. The kitchen is beautiful, the bathroom is great, the main areas are so comfortable and nice now. Thanks 1000x to all of you! -Kat & John
