We had a new air conditioner installed by Mersey just over a year ago. This year, upon turning it on for the first time, we ran into some issues. Mersey responded the same day to come and fix the problem for us, free of charge as it was under warranty. George was a pleasure to work with in spite of having to work in a very tough and enclosed space. We could not recommend Mersey enough- and somebody should give George a raise!
