Cory, the service technician was very helpful. He explained what he was doing to service my air conditioner and why. He advised me about your duct cleaning service and will use. This is the 2nd time I have had Cory do my service and he is just great.. I have been dealing with Mersey for some time now and have always been satisfied. Barbara Steward
