Ted is a thorough, professional, and detail oriented Inspector. You can tell that he takes his job seriously and has your interest in mind.

I'm in the process of building a new property and used Louis Ngan. They offered the best priced and got the work done promptly. I received more than enough printouts and an emailed copy. I would suggest that you know exactly what you need on the survey from the City in advance, as I had to pay extra to have them go back a couple of times.

I shopped around for lighting fixtures and found this Company to have a decent selection at competitive prices. Plus, they offered me free delivery. The best deal was for their bathroom fixtures. They offer several sets which include toilet paper holder, towel racks and hooks that are very competitively priced and they look great. The service was alright, not fantastic, but the prices were right.

I met a representative of this company at the BC Home Show last year. This is one of the most professional companies I have ordered from. The sales Rep (Anna), gave me a quote right away. Once I placed the order, I was given a delivery date and they delivered ON TIME - when they said they would. They also have the best prices for mouldings. Their doors were a little more expensive than other contractors but the moulding prices more than made up the difference. It's not worthwhile to order doors from one supplier and mouldings from Picasso.
