I hired TJI Renovations Inc (Yang) to build me a new basement suite and a new bathroom. The entire job from beginning to end was 3 weeks. His entire crew were professional and polite. They confirmed all the major work and if anything was not to my liking, they willingly and without hesitation adjusted to my desire. Any other contractor would have complained and said it will cost more to do it my way. The quality of the materials was superb and the labour and material guarantee is 2 years, much more than any other contractor I ever dealt with. On top of that, they also did followed up with after two weeks to make sure there wasnt anything that I missed on the final inspection. Im have some before and after photos of the work they completed. They were not the cheapest team, and they were not the most expensive team, they were right in the middle of all the other quotes.

I received 21 quotes over the period of 2 months. I finally settled on Happiness Homes Inc with Yang. They were not the lowest quote, but the most honest quote. I visited their other job sites and was impressed with the size of their team and workmanship. They completed the job in 4 weeks and the price was very transparent and reasonable. We are in love with our new basement.
