I'd like to thank the staff I worked with at Across Canada for answering the numerous questions my wife and I had throughout the 10 day process of our move, and getting everything there safely. We moved out of a 2 bedroom house in the mountains to a downtown condo, and overall the process was stress free. The loading end was done pretty quickly. We actually stayed to help load the truck because my wife was concerned how some of it would get packed in the truck, but half our place was loaded into the truck in less than an hour so we decided to go for lunch and asked the driver to call us they were almost done. In the end the unloading into our upstairs condo was a bit trickier with some tight hallways in the building, but there were no issues with our furniture, and the larger items we brought with us. I would recommend them to anyone moving across the country because in this case the pick-up and delivery locations were completely different in size and restricted space, but the movers had no problems with taking the furniture apart and loading upstairs through long hallways quickly and safely. I would use Across Canada again, and actually did give their card to a co-worker in Banff who used them for a move to Calgary since they had a better rate, and he was pleased to see no damage on the other end.
