I would not hesitate to recommend Eugene for any appliance repair. He responded so quickly to my request even on a weekend at no extra charge. He was clear about the issues with my dryer and outlined my options. His price was more than fair and he completed the work as soon as the replacement parts were available. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Perry sold me on repairs to our roof after taking me up the ladder to view the damage! He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable, explaining to me the seriousness of our roofing situation. His quote was more than fair for the work that was required and was much less expensive that other quotes we had received. He noted several issues that others had not reported on and he was able to repair those without any extra charges. It was refreshing to work with such an honest and competent person! I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Can't thank Tornado Plumbing enough for a quick response to our leaking pipe and for finding a much bigger problem in the process. The rates were more than fair and we had a terrific fellow who was polite, professional and incredibly helpful. I have used other companies in the past but this company was not only efficient but cost effective. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Andrew from Aquatech came by today because we have water in our newly renovated basement. He was quick to figure out what was causing the problem and created a temporary solution. He did not charge me for the visit. This was a first for me - imagine a technician who did not charge! We now have a very detailed quote for a full waterproofing of our exterior wall that seems more than fair and after this encounter with Andrew I am confident that Aquatech will do an outstanding job. If only there were more Andrews.....!!!

The two people who came to clean my eves and take off my damaged leaf screens were great. My issues were with the office. My original quote did not have any information regarding what the service would entail and my final bill indicated work that was not done or asked for and the bill was over $900.00. Staff person really did not seem apologetic or concerned when the new invoice was issued. Shortly after I posted this I was called by the owner who was incredibly apologetic. It was clear that the integrity of his company is very important to him. He offered me a discount on my project and reiterated that best practices is what his company is striving for. I was very impressed and would use this service again.

My front door locking mechanism was loose. I was charged $15.00 for showing up (he was late) and $95.00 for taking off the lock frame, tightening a screw and replacing the frame. He was not in my house for more than 4 minutes. Robbery!!

Tony and his colleague from Straight Up Masonry replaced the firebox in our chimney which was clearly in need of repair. I receive their quote which was well below others we had received. They completed the work within days and for a very messy job, they were careful and professional. The job took more than 8 hours and they worked all the way through. This is a professional organization, with follow up to ensure that everything was working. I would not hesitate recommending this company. They were stars!
