My in-laws needed a plumber because their shower handle blew off their shower head unit and water just started gushing out. James was very responsive and fast even though I posted my service request late at night. He was able to come by the next morning. My father-in-law and my fiancé both really enjoyed talking to James and were quite happy with his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. We will definitely come back for Jamess services in the future.

Oni and his team member worked fast and were professional. I appreciated the fast responses to my questions via text while other plumbers I had reached out to were quite slow. I also really appreciated the initiative he took to reach out to condo management himself to figure out how they would need to coordinate to get the work done which took a great load off my shoulders. I was however a little surprised at the cost of the initial inspection as it was $200 while others quoted $50. However, given the speed, professionalism and initiative he took, I believe the premium is justified. Thanks Oni!
