An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was very impressed on how fast they could come out and give us a quote. We received a call within a few days from the installers to come out and re-measure then again a week later to set up the appointment for installation. I can't say enough about the installers. There was more problems with the house structure than initially thought, they handled it beautifully, explained the situation and why certain things had to be done. Even though it was an increase to the overall quote we were prepared for this type of circumstance. They felt bad about the increase, but again we were prepared for this. We had windows replaced in our basement through All Weather about 5 years ago. When it came to replace a couple of upstairs windows there was no doubt in our minds that we were going back to All Weather. We have another 9 windows to replace and you can be sure that they will be All Weather Windows as well!
