I will think of EcoWest FIRST when we do more home improvements because the installation crew: o Started on time, finished on time o Polite and mature (didn’t play excessively loud music for all the neighborhood to hear, and didn’t swear) o Conversational and informative (ie, patient with answering my questions) o Solution-oriented: we thought we were short 1 window, and they figured out a potential solution quickly – as it turned out, we had everything o Pro-active: found 2 minor defects in the product before I did prior to post-installation inspection o Professional and respectful: even though they were in and out of my home many, many times they removed their boots every time AND they cleaned/vacuumed up after themselves And most importantly for us, Aaron has integrity - we like that.
