Terrible experience! Movers arrived late. Finished at 1 am. No lights. 3 diesel trucks backing up disturbed neighbourhood. Furniture badly damaged, beds and couches not reassembled, boxes left in garage despite being marked for specific rooms, furniture still wrapped in plastic wrap with blankets, no knives to cut plastic. Items left behind. Communication with owner lacking then argumentative leading to accusations and threats. So called insurance is owner deciding if he wishes to pay for damage. Very misleading....choose anyone else!!!

The facts of this move is that it finished on time as per his written estimate despite customer not being properly prepared for the move, at this time the movers did a 30 minute inspection with the customer of the furniture no damages were found, the customer was abusive to the movers and myself before, during and after the move, the customer never payed his bill in full and NEVER submitted a complaint to the BBB as his review suggests. ( I have an A plus rating and no complaints) The customer for some reason abandoned the movers throughout the move and told them to lock up his old house when finished loading despite me telling him someone must be present, I sent an extra truck and mover to help with this move because of the customers actions. In the end the guys did a great job and did not take anything personally, they were polite and courteous despite the customer. Still waiting for final payment. Brent Owner
