Replaced Bay Window Sill and Brickwork underneath
I recently moved into a house that had a bay window will that was installed wrong causing the water to flow toward the window, leaking and damaging the brickwork underneath. I found A & E via homestars and didn't hesitate to message them seeing all of the positive reviews and I am so thankful I did. Thane called up and showed up the next day to asses the situation. He quickly gave me a reasonable quote and within a few days dropped off some brick samples one of them almost perfectly matching my existing brick. Thane's team showed up a few days later to do the job and found some wood rot behind the brick. They handled it like pro's and without any sort of hesitancy informed me of the situation and that they needed to get some more materials, come back and replace some plywood and weather shield. They also did a bit of tuckpointing and fixes a brick in the back of my house. The service that I received from Thane and his team really epitomizes what great customer service is all about from the work that they did to the professional demeanors that they all had. I was really anxious about this whole situation as I have never dealt with crumbling infrastructure before and Thane put me at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services. Kudos to Thane and his team !

You never know what you will find when you demo a brick wall that has been leaking for a long time. We did what we had to do to correct the problem.
